Coppard Giles Chartered Surveyors can provide a wide range of Employer's Agent services for clients, drawing on extensive experience in administering and managing contracts.
This role is usually where a client wishes to procure a new building which is either uncomplicated or the repeat of a previous design where a Design & Build procurement route has been selected. The Employer's Agent can undertake a variety of roles, depending on the individual project and client needs, and Coppard Giles regularly tailor our services to suit the precise requirements of an individual client.
The Design & Build procurement route offers a number of advantages to clients at the beginning of a project to enable a rapid start to be made. However, if your building is complex, you are looking for flexibility or further design development, Design & Build may not be the best option.
